Ukranian News - 53.9% Of Voters Support Poroshenko, 13.1% Tymoshenko, 8.5% Liashko, Central Election Commission Says After Calculation Of 50.3% Of Ballot Results Reports:

A total of 53.86% (4,546,348) of voters gave their votes for Verkhovna Rada deputy and presidential candidate Petro Poroshenko; 13.1% (1,016,212) - former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko; 8.48% (716,494) - Verkhovna Rada independent deputy Oleh Liashko, says the Central Election Commission after the calculation of 50.26% of ballot results reports, which corresponds to 8,324,005 voters.
According to the Central Election Commission, Verkhovna Rada independent deputy Anatolii Hrytsenko was backed by 5.48%; Verkhovna Rada independent deputy Serhii Tihipko - 5.18%; Party of Regions candidate and former Kharkiv regional state administration head Mykhailo Dobkin - 3.4% of voters; businessman Vadym Rabinovich - 2.26%; doctor and public person Olha Bohomolets - 1.89%.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, 60.3% of voters took part in the election process at 188 of 225 constituencies as at 20:00.
